He's always sleeping 'round here
Cut off his skin, he won't even notice
Come take a taste now my dear
It will change your life for good
There's something growing inside
I see the change in your skin and eyes now
Oh what you'll do to be free
Well there's enough flesh left on me (oh Darlin')
-chorus II-
{The Hunger/New forms}
And how the blood drips on down
You look so wonderful, wonderful now
"You're such a fine, you're such a fine young specimen"
I built a heart for you, while you were busy building your garden
I think I see the truth, saw them girls kissin' in the garden, running all them bodies thru
I'm just a snowman in June, a rusting tin man waiting for an ocean
And with no flesh left to chew
Them girls left me burning with my ancient notions (ah)

Crutch has been one of the most influential albums of my teenage years. I discovered the band shortly after this album's release, and I have loved it ever since. It broke my heart when KAQOTL broke up, and it kinda makes this album even more special in a way. Crutch is easily one of my favorite albums of all time. jofm
